The word 'old is gold' means, old things are very valuable and expensive. The things which were found in older days were better than modern days.

The Taj Mahal and Sun temples are very good examples of that. The Taj Mahal was made by Shah Jahan is a very good monument. Its shines is still today. The sun temples are made in such a way that the first ray of the sun goes to that time then it reaches somewhere else.

It tells us the older times engineering and scientific works were better than today. The ancient time's houses were made in such away. In summer we feel cold and in winter we feel hot.

The medical science of ancient times was also very better. Today if we are sick. We take varieties of medicines. Then also we are not able to be recovered. In earlier days by taking Ayurveda, our body becomes disease-free. In ancient time the lifeline of people were 100-120 years. But today person died at the age of 60 or 80 years.

Today there is much technology to find weather for doing the calculation, chatting with our friends or family, computer, heater, cooler.

But ancient people did not have these technologies. By seeing ants and birds they found the condition of the weather. They were so much skilled that they could do the calculation in their mind. They often ask for information from friends and family. They adapt themselves to any temperature and any condition.
