Children's Day Celebration In My School
Children's day is celebrated on 14th November. It is one of the favorite days for most of the children. Children wait eagerly for this lovely day eagerly for one year. On this day teacher behave as a friend of students. It is very enjoyable and attractive to see strict teachers dancing, singing, cracking jokes, and giving gifts to students. It is celebrated in almost all the schools. In my school also, children's day is celebrated.
On that day we were allowed to wear any casual dress which we want. There was no limit to the happiness of students. They all were waiting for the program organized by teaches. Finally, the time comes for which we were waiting. Our teachers came with wonderful dance. We all typically started yelling. It was very enjoyable to see the dance of our math teacher. He was a very harsh and angry man. But on that day he was looking extremely funny when he was dancing.
We were surprised to hear the announcement that our history and civics teacher is coming on the stage to sing a song. We had never imagined that he could sing a song because the whole class would become bored after hearing his lecture. I had still remembered that he was singing some bhakti song(Radha Kui Gori Mai Kui Kala). We could not stop our laughter after hearing that song. Because funny things were that he was also black and it seemed that he was singing for himself.
Then a comedy act was performed by our teachers. In which our computer teacher had become a priest. We were continuously laughing at the funny act of our teacher. Today also when I remembered that act there is a smile on my face.
After all the program principal came with a wonderful speech. He thanked all the teachers for their hard work by which they had arranged the program. We were also surprised by their hard work. When the speech of our principal was ended, we were given sweets to eat and we went to our home.
I learn a lot of things from the efforts of my teachers. I discover how we should behave according to the situation. When I note how my teachers were behaving in the classroom to maintain discipline. They could equally enjoy with us in the classroom but to maintain the discipline they were behaving strictly.
