Essay on the importance of games and sports.

Games are very beneficial for us. Due to the game, our minds get sharp and our bodies become fit.

There are two types of games:

1. Indoor game

2. Outdoor game

The outdoor game contains sports that are played outside. Outdoor games are made up of two words Out+door means out of the door. Outdoor game is very beneficial for us it makes our mind and body sharp.

Today we all always try to live in our house, and we always study. I am not telling study is bad for us. But we should at least play a one-hour outdoor game became the game teaches us discipline and our IQ level is increased. When we come outside off the door, we understand how others think and we can adjust ourselves accordingly among different people. When we play the outdoor game, it is also beneficial for our future because our bones become strong and we know how we should talk with different types of people.

The outdoor game also teaches us unity. For example: When we are playing football, cricket, hockey, kabaddi, and kho-kho. We understand how we can win the game by teamwork. When we understand the meaning of unity then we can do any work. Whether it is to run a multinational company or our family.

The outdoor game contains football, cricket, hockey, badminton, and etc.

The indoor game means games which are played inside our house like ludo, cardboard, chess and etc. Indoor means inside the door.

When I am talking about indoor games that do not mean I am supporting that we should give our maximum time to a video game-like hill-climbing, free fire, pubg and etc.

Indoor games increase our IQ level. By playing the indoor game we enjoy our time well. By playing the indoor game we get time to talk, laugh and chat with our family members.

Any game is beneficial for us when we play it for sufficient time. We should not involve games when we are studying and we should not involve study when we are playing. You have heard from many people saying that this man is behaving like mad because he always studies. But it is not true it is behaving like mad because he is not following his routine in a propper way.
